A wonderful Antique Sapphire Ring with Diamond Accents. Hallmarked 500 which is less than 14K more like 12K. The Sapphires are Bezel set and has minor wear. Mine Cut diamonds set like petals are both sides of the shank. 3 Sapphires, and 6 Diamonds. 17.09 mm top to bottom x 17.8 mm.
