This fabulous ring features a 4ct pink-ish oval cabochon-cut Mozambique ruby surrounded with 51pcs of round white topaz, handset in two-tone 18k gold vermeil and black rhodium gilded over sterling silver.

The ring measured 5/8″” across on the dome part. Size 6.5.
