Renowned Danish silversmith Georg Jensen was born in 1866. His training in metalsmithing and his education in the Fine Arts enabled him to develop a successful career based in beautiful jewellery and silver design. His signature Art Nouveau style grew increasingly popular and Jensen became a world renowned artist. Although Jensen died in 1935, his pieces are still being created today using the same craftsmanship as when he was alive.
